Vice-Chairman Donald P. Wagner and the Orange County Health Care Agency Mental Health and Recovery Services is hosting a forum to raise awareness on the increase of opioid misuse and rise of opioid poisoning and overdose deaths. This community forum is being held to share information about the dangers of drug use. We’ll share how surging fentanyl poisoning deaths are preventable and how to access available support and/or resources.
